系统销售副经理

主要工作职责:


• The Sales Systems Manager will have a well developed understanding of the NDT Market;
• The Sales Systems Manager is responsible for identify prospects and develops sales strategies to secure new business;
• The Sales Systems Manager is responsible to develop strategic solution oriented sales plans to increase business within key accounts and partners;
• The Sales Systems Manager is responsible to identify and document new applications applicable to Systems products;
• The Sales Systems Manager is responsible to suggest product improvement and development projects as required;
• The Sales Systems Manager is also responsible for working with the Olympus Companies and sub distributors to coordinate selling efforts in China. This includes advising selling strategy, making sales calls with the sub distributors and reviewing their sales opportunities;
• The Sales Systems Manager will have demonstrated capability to work in a complex sales structure based on multiple representatives and sub representatives across China;
• The Sales Systems Manager will have the ability to develop Strategic Intelligence for the Chinese market and put in place efficient communication channels with our manufacturing centers;
• The Sales Systems Manager will be responsible for sales growth in Systems products in the country. He is responsible for reaching the sales target set for China. He is also responsible for an ongoing review of the sales with his sales representatives;
• The Sales Systems Manager will report to the Sales Manager is expected to:
• Perform daily supervision and management of a group of sales representatives;
• reviewing the performance of the sub distributors;
• Reporting customer, product, and market information;
• Achieving sales targets for China.
The Sales Systems Manager is also responsible for reporting information in a timely manner regarding current trends and requirements from customers and for the markets within China.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The person must be able to provide detailed, written reports that effectively communicate the needs of customers and market situation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English languages

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Engineering or Science Degree required
• 5+ years experience in sales on the NDT market
